For 26 years, Chabad of Studio City and Valley Friendship Circle have been devoted to building a community rooted in warmth, kindness, and inclusion. Inspired by the teachings of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson—who believed in the infinite value of every individual—we strive to reach every heart and ensure no one is ever forgotten. His legacy reminds us that even the smallest act of goodness can change the world.
What began as a vision has become a vibrant, welcoming center for individuals and families from all walks of life. At Chabad, we are committed to creating a space where everyone feels valued and included, regardless of background or ability. This spirit shines through our partnership with Valley Friendship Circle, which offers support and meaningful connections for children and young adults with special needs.
We don’t just serve a community—we know it. Whether someone is seeking spiritual guidance, emotional support, or simply a place to belong, they are welcomed with genuine care and respect.
One of the most beautiful parts of our mission is the involvement of our teen volunteers. Through VFC, hundreds of teens build friendships with children with special needs—developing empathy, leadership, and a deep connection to their community and Jewish values.
Our Shabbat and holiday services, inclusive celebrations, and joyful meals offer everyone a place to pray, sing, and connect. Through Torah study and learning opportunities, people of all ages can explore Jewish wisdom, ask questions, and grow spiritually.
Valley Friendship Circle provides vital support for families navigating special needs—through one-on-one buddy programs, group events, and an environment where every child is embraced for who they are.
